Thank you for your patience and support during this transition.

I have relocated my practice to: 804 W. Montgomery St. (FM 1097), Willis, Texas. The phone number is 936-890-8000. I will be in this location for the next 3-4 months while my permanent office gets built in The Teas Crossing Shopping Center at I-45 and FM 3083. I will be taking all major insurances including Medicare, Tricare, and Texas Health Springs.
